AMY GREEN, Director
Certified Executive Coach, PCC, CEC
Amy began her coaching career working with business owners and executives. Coming from a family of Chiropractors it was a natural transition to want to work with DC’s. Many Chiropractors had only been exposed to practice management and had never been coached by a trained, certified coach. The success that her Chiropractic clients experienced was so dramatic that she decided to help more doctors bring their gifts to the world and dedicated herself to helping Chiropractors fulfill their personal and professional missions.
Amy has been helping her clients improve the quality of their professional and personal interactions for over 10 years. She brings an array of diverse experiences to her practice; intrigued by the correlation between communication and transformative relationships, Amy spent several years pursuing a deeper understanding of how people change and why. Now, using techniques drawn from science, philosophy and psychology,
Amy brings to her coaching an ability to delve deeply beneath
the surface to explore and identify meaning, challenge and life purpose to develop leaders in their field.
Amy is a gifted coach, praised by clients for her warmth, humor, and ability to facilitate difficult conversations. She excels at creating an atmosphere of trust where people feel comfortable learning and practicing new skills. Through her coaching and teaching, Amy is able to help individuals and organizations innovate and create new ways of thinking and working that increase commitment, creativity, collaboration and productivity.
Amy is an ICF certified coach and certified graduate of The Newfield Network Coaching and Organizational Learning (NCOL) program in Washington, DC. Amy is an active member of The International Coaches Federation and The International Association of Coaches. She is also listed in the “Cambridge Who’s Who of American Executive Women in Business”.
